🔼 The Friendly Confines. After hosting just one game over the past two weeks, Foster Pavilion is returning with style as the Bears are back in the friendly confines for not one, but TWO Big 12 showdowns.

Before heading to the Coretta Scott King Classic on Monday, the Baylor women’s squad will put its win streak to the test when the Cougars of Houston visit for a 6 pm matchup TONIGHT.

After being away for more than two weeks, the 25th-ranked men’s squad returns home to host longtime rival, TCU, at 4 pm.

🔼 Leading Lady. When you earn back-to-back All-American accolades and you’re back for your final year, you’re going to have some eyes watching you.

That would be the reality for Shaylon Govan, a two-time All-American and one of the best hitters in the country, who returns to lead the 16th-ranked Baylor softball squad for the upcoming 2025 season.

Govan will do so as the top-ranked first baseman in the country according to D1Softball.

🏀 MORE THAN A GAME

The Baylor women's basketball team will play in the inaugural Coretta Scott King Classic at the Prudential Center against the UCLA Bruins on January 20.

The Coretta Scott King Classic was formed to honor the legacy of Mrs. King and celebrate female empowerment in sports. Check out what Baylor Guard Aliyah Matharu has to say about the importance of playing in this inaugural event.

The Baylor track & field squad opened up its indoor slate this past weekend,
even when the cold weather blew through the south.

Combining those two topics, Baylor+ is excited to unveil its latest Sic ‘Em Pod with former BU star and Bobsled Gold Medalist Kehri Jones.
