🐻The Official Daily Newsletter For Baylor Athletics
Good Morning Baylor Fam. While the 2025 season is just weeks away for Baylor softball, the Bears have already won the most important victory.
What a moment the group over the weekend.
GOD IS SO GOOD 💛
There is nothing better than watching teammates declare their public professions of faith and getting baptized! This team is special and we are so proud of Abi & Sadie and their lifelong decision to follow God 👏

🔼 Grand Opening. For the seventh time in the past 10 years, the Baylor women’s tennis team made a grand opening to their spring season.
This year, they swept past visiting Harvard on Sunday afternoon, 7-0, including two victories by a pair of nationally-ranked freshmen, No. 76 Na Dong and No. 118 Wenfei Yu.

🔼 Bruin Battle. Facing the nation’s top-ranked team, the 25th-ranked Baylor women’s team fought until the final whistle, ultimately dropping a tough 72-57 decision to #1 UCLA at the inaugural Coretta Scott King Classic at the Prudential Center.
Yaya Felder came off the bench to lead the scoring for the Bears with 10, while Darianna Littlepage-Buggs had a strong second half and finished two points shy of a double-double with eight points, 10 boards and two blocks. Kayla Nelms, Bella Fontleroy and Sarah Andrews also added eight points apiece.

🔼 Welcome To The Club. Last week, former BU star RayJ Dennis joined an exclusive club.
Dennis entered Indiana’s game against Cleveland and made his official NBA debut, becoming the 31st former Bear to appear in an NBA game.
