📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Top-10 Win. No. 22 Baylor women’s basketball upset No. 10 Iowa State on the road, beating the formerly unbeaten Cyclones 72-70. Taliah Scott hit a jumper with two seconds on the clock to secure the win. She finished the day with a team-high 21 points. Darianna Littlepage-Buggs dominated the glass, tying her career high with 20 rebounds while adding 13 points. The Bears will host Colorado on Thursday.

🔼 Out Of The Woods. Baylor football has named Austin Woods as the offensive line coach, while Craig Watts has been named assistant offensive line coach. Woods, a former Oklahoma offensive lineman, brings a wealth of experience, including stints at UIW, USC, and Oklahoma. He helped lead Baylor’s offensive line to significant improvements in the final five games of the 2025 season. Watts, a former NFL player and West Texas A&M standout, began his coaching career in 2021 as a graduate assistant at Nevada and Colorado State, focusing on offensive lines.

🔼  Came Up Short. Baylor men’s basketball fell at TCU 69-63 in their conference opener. Despite a strong second half and a late surge led by Cameron Carr and Obi Agbim, Baylor couldn’t overcome TCU’s rebounding advantage and transition scoring. Carr led the Bears with 17 points. They’ll host No. 3 Iowa State on Wednesday.
