🔼 Balancing Bears. Sometimes, you just need to get back to the basics.
That’s what the Baylor women’s team did on Saturday as the Bears put on a balancing display with five in double-figures to blow past Colorado, 76-62, in Big 12 action at Foster Pavilion.
Darianna Littlepage-Buggs recorded her seventh double-double of the season with 16 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks.
All five Baylor starters scored in double figures, including Colorado transfer Aaronette Vonleh with 15 points against her former teammates. Matching her season high, Bella Fontleroy had 15 points and seven boards.

🔼 Eyes On The Prize. And now, it’s time to shine.
Four former Bears are headed to the NFL playoffs, which are set to kickoff next weekend.
The action starts on Saturday at 4:30 when Jon Weeks and the Houston Texans host the LA Chargers. On Sunday, Terrel Bernard and the Bills host the Denver Broncos at 1 pm, followed by Ben Sims and the Packers heading to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles at 4:30 pm.
Blake Lynch and the Kansas City Chiefs earned the bye week and will host the lowest seeded AFC team remaining.

🔼 Battling The Bulldogs. The 2024 season may have just been completed less than a week ago, but the excitement is already high for 2025 for the Baylor football program.
Late last week, the Bears completed its non-conference slate for next fall, locking in a battle with the Bulldogs of Samford in Week 3 (Sept. 13th).
The Bears will have a rugged schedule in 2025 that features 11 power-4 conference opponents, including a season opener on Aug. 30 vs. Auburn and the following matchup at SMU on Sept. 6 in Dallas.
