🔼 Be Like Mike. Baylor football coach Dave Aranda emphasized the need for more players like true freshman Michael Turner, who led the team in rushing for the second consecutive week. Despite Turner’s performance, the Bears struggled offensively, particularly in the first quarter, and ultimately lost to Cincinnati 41-20. Aranda acknowledged the team’s inconsistency and the need to address turnovers and slow starts as they look to Saturday’s game against UCF.

🔼 Turn Out The Lights. Two-time Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year Cyril Richardson will be inducted into the 2025 Baylor Athletics Hall of Fame. Richardson played a key role in Baylor’s 2013 Big 12 championship win over Texas and had a successful college career, earning All-American honors and protecting Heisman winner Robert Griffin III. After a brief NFL career, Richardson retired in 2020 due to injury.
