🎥 Meet Hosea Wheeler
🏀 Unanimous All-Big 12 selection
🐻 And more!

From his upbringing to the football field, Hosea Wheeler’s journey has been anything but ordinary. From JUCO to a national championship at Indiana, and now to his final season of college football as a Baylor Bear, Hosea reflects on the people, experiences, and moments that shaped the man he is today.

🔼 Everyone Agrees. Baylor women’s basketball guard Taliah Scott earned unanimous selection to the All-Big 12 preseason team after averaging 19.7 points per game last season and scoring in double figures 30 times. The Bears also landed third in the conference’s preseason coaches’ poll, collecting two first-place votes.

🔼 Making Her Case. Baylor volleyball’s Ksenia Rakhmanchik is getting noticed well beyond the Big 12. The sophomore was named to the AVCA Player of the Year watch list as she sits inside the nation’s top 10 in kills, points, and attacks per set.

The No. 21 Bears bounced back with a sweeping 3-0 win over Texas Tech last night, powered by 16 kills from Rakhmanchik and a standout performance from Victoria Davis. Even when the Red Raiders threatened to steal the third set, Baylor found a way to finish, extending its winning streak in Lubbock to 15 matches.

🔼 Saddle Up. Big 12 competition starts today for No. 9 Baylor equestrian as they welcome No. 8 Fresno State to the Willis Family Equestrian Center at 11 a.m. The Bears enter at 2-1 after winning both meets in last week’s doubleheader.

🔼 Fell Short. Baylor soccer lost 3-0 at Colorado. The Bears will host Kansas State on Sunday at noon.
