🔼 Best In The Nation. Baylor tight end Michael Trigg has been named a semifinalist for the John Mackey Award, given to the nation’s top tight end. He leads all NCAA tight ends with 607 receiving yards and is tied for the nation’s lead among tight ends in touchdown receptions.

🔼 No Place Like Home. The 16th-ranked women’s basketball team downed Lindenwood 76-63 in yesterday’s home opener! Taliah Scott led all scorers with 29 points, including five three-pointers. She and Bella Fontleroy combined for 55 points as Fontleroy neared a double-double with 26 points and eight rebounds. The Bears will play at UNLV on Friday night.

🔼 Dark Mode Dub. Baylor men’s basketball lit up Foster After Dark, beating Washington 78-69 last night. Cameron Carr led the Bears with 16 points, adding six rebounds. Caden Powell recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Six Bears finished the night in double figures in scoring! Baylor will host Tarleton State on Friday night.

🔼 Sweepin’ Weekend. The 23-ranked volleyball team went 2-0 over the weekend! They started strong with a sweep of West Virginia on Friday night. The brooms stayed out on Sunday as the Bears swept Utah. Ksenia Rakhmanchik turned in one of the most impressive single-match efforts by a rookie in program history, finishing with 18 kills and seven service aces. Baylor improved to 10-1 at home this season. They’ll travel to Kansas State on Wednesday.
