🔼  Career Day. Baylor wide receiver Josh Cameron has been named Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Honorable Mention this week! He had a career-high 13 catches for 165 yards and scored two touchdowns on Saturday. He also eclipsed 2,000 receiving yards for his career, becoming the 12th player in program history to surpass that mark.

🔼 Three Takeaways. Coach Dave Aranda held his weekly press conference on Monday to recap Saturday’s loss to Utah and preview this week’s game at Arizona. Jerry Hill gives his three takeaways:

1. Missed It By That Much: The Bears struggled to exploit Utah’s zero blitz, missing opportunities for big plays, particularly fade balls from the slot position.

2. Quarterback Battle: Saturday’s game features two of the best quarterbacks in the Big 12: Baylor’s Sawyer Robertson, leading the nation with 3,210 passing yards, and Arizona’s Noah Fifita, who recently broke the school’s career passing touchdown record.

3. Keep It In Check: Baylor receiver Ashtyn Hawkins will miss the first half against Arizona after being ejected for fighting. Coach Aranda praised Hawkins’ performance but emphasized the need for better emotional control.

🔼 Run It Back. Baylor volleyball’s Ksenia Rakhmanchik earned Big 12 Rookie of the Week for the second-straight week! She piled up 41 kills across two road matches. She also added 15 digs, six blocks, and 45.5 total points.
