🔼 Holiday Hoopin’. No better appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner than a little Baylor hoops!

The 17th-ranked Bears return to Foster Pavilion for just the third time this year when the Privateers of New Orleans come to town for a Thanksgiving Eve showdown. Tip time is set for 1pm.

🔼 Earning The Nod. It’s tough to find a better offense over the past month than the Green & Gold.

The man directing that offense was recognized this week as Baylor offensive coordinator Jake Spavital has been nominated for The Broyles Award, given annually to the nation's best assistant coach.

Baylor’s offensive attack is one of the nation's best units, with the Bears ranking among the top 40 in four offensive categories, including No. 27 in scoring offense, No. 7 in fewest tackle for a loss allowed, No. 31 in fewest sacks allowed and No. 25 in team passing efficiency. The offensive jump for the Bears has seen Baylor improve its total offense by 28 spots from last year.

🔼 Super Southpaws. We might be entering the winter months, but it’s always baseball season.

Coach Thompson and the Bears are loaded and ready to build upon last spring and this week, two of the newest members of the program were recognized nationally.

JUCO transfers Stefan Stahl and Caleb Jameson were ranked among the top-25 JUCO transfers in the entire country entering next spring.
