🔼 The Wright Stuff. That’s about the only way Robert Wright III cooled down on Wednesday as the freshman standout had a record-breaking day for the Baylor men’s hoops squad.

Wright III had a double-double with 16 points and a freshman school-record 13 assists to help BU to a 94-69 victory over Norfolk State.
 
One of four double-figure scorers, Norchad Omier had 19 points and seven rebounds. VJ Edgecombe had 16 points, nine boards, four assists and three steals, while Josh Ojianwuna was 6-of-7 from the floor and had 16 points.

🔼 Earning His Rightful Place. Earlier this fall, it was announced that BU’s own John Morris would receive the 2024 Chris Schenkel Award at the College Football Hall of Fame banquet.

Well on Tuesday night, The Voice of the Bears took his rightful place among the greats.
