🔼 Feelin’ 100. On a night when she was honored for setting the program record for career 3-pointers, Sarah Andrews decided she wanted some more.

Andrews drilled four treys en route to a season-high 22 points to lead the Baylor women’s hoops squad to their eighth win of the season, a 101-29 rout of Texas Southern.

Four other players scored in double figures for Baylor, led by senior guard Jada Walker with 17 points and six assists. Aaronette Vonleh scored 13 points in an efficient 14 minutes, Yaya Felder had 12 points and Darianna Littlepage-Buggs had her third-straight and fifth double-double of the year with 11 points and 12 rebounds.

🔼 Future So Bright We Need Sunglasses. With six straight wins on the docket, the future is already bright for the Baylor football program.

That future got even brighter on Wednesday when Coach Aranda and his staff announced an early signing class that features 21 athletes, including 16 from Texas.

Baylor signed 21 total athletes in the class, including 10 defensive players, 10 offensive players and one kicker. The Bears added a class-high five linebackers, four wide receivers, welcome four defensive backs, two offensive lineman, two running backs, and singular players at tight end, quarterback and defensive lineman.

The class includes five four-star prospects and 16 three-star recruits, and a total of 14 are slated to enroll for the spring semester.

It’s BU’s highest rated class since 2018.
