📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Early Ending. Baylor softball run-ruled South Dakota State 10-2 after just five innings last night! Amber Toven racked up five RBIs and a grand slam to lead the Bears. Peyton Tanner picked up the win in the circle after throwing four innings two strikeouts. Baylor’s 5-1 start to the season is its best since 2023.

🔼 Fell Short. Baylor men’s basketball fell to No. 22 BYU 99-94 last night. BYU capitalized on Baylor turnovers, converting them into 24 points, and maintained their lead despite Baylor’s late-game push. Tounde Yessoufou scored a career-high 37 points, spending all 40 minutes on the floor. His 37 points were the most against a ranked opponent in Baylor history. The Bears will play at No. 24 Louisville on Saturday.

🔼 Upset Alert. No. 19 Baylor men’s tennis defeated No. 8 Texas A&M 4-1 at Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center. Baylor lost the doubles point but dominated singles, winning all four points. This marked Baylor’s first ranked win of the season and first top-10 win since defeating No. 7 Duke in the 2025 ITA Indoor Championships.

🔼 Sixth Sense. Baylor women’s basketball’s Taliah Scott was named to the Big 12 Starting Five for the sixth time this season after averaging 21.5 points in two wins. Scott is nearing the 1,000-point milestone and will lead Baylor against TCU on Thursday.

🔼 Another One. Baylor men’s basketball’s Cameron Carr was named to the Big 12 Starting Five after averaging 21.5 points and 4.5 assists across two games. He scored a conference season-high 24 points against No. 7 Iowa State.
