📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Opening Day. It’s Opening Day for Baylor baseball! The Bears will host New Mexico State this weekend. First pitch is today at 4 p.m. and fans will receive a poster. The series will continue tomorrow at 2 p.m. with Valentine’s cards, posters, and postgame autographs. The weekend will conclude on Sunday at 1 p.m. for Youth Sunday and kids can run the bases. All three games will stream on ESPN+.

🔼  Trek Up I-35. Baylor men’s basketball will play No. 24 Louisville at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth tomorrow! Tipoff is set for 3 p.m. on ESPN. Looking to make the trip up I-35? Click here to purchase tickets!

🔼 Fell Short. The 12th-ranked women’s basketball team fell to No. 17 TCU 83-67 last night. Taliah Scott led the Bears with 22 points, while Darianna Littlepage-Buggs and Jana Van Gytenbeek scored 14 each. Scott surpassed 1,000 career points, becoming the 22nd player since 2000 to score 1,000 career points in 48 games or fewer. Baylor will look to bounce back at UCF on Sunday at 1 p.m.

🔼 Battled It Out. Baylor softball fell at San Diego State 6-5 in extra innings. The Bears climbed back down 3-1 in the sixth to tie the game and eventually force extra innings. The Aztecs pulled out the win in the bottom of the eighth. Baylor will play Oregon State today at 1:30 p.m., followed by a rematch with SDSU at 6:30 p.m.

🔼 Headed West. The top-ranked Baylor acrobatics & tumbling team is headed west for the weekend! They’ll take on No. 10 Azusa Pacific tonight at 8 p.m. Baylor’s Payton Washington was named NCATA Athlete of the Week, while Mo Arthur earned Freshman of the Week honors. Emily Bott earned Honorable Mention for Specialist of the Week.
