🔼 Eight Is Great. With two games left on the regular season docket, their fate is directly in front of them.
That comes after the Baylor women’s hoops team grinded out an eighth straight victory, taking down visiting Iowa State on Saturday, 67-52, to improve to 14-2 in league play with two games against the other top two teams remaining.
Playing without leading scorer and rebounder Darianna Littlepage-Buggs, the Bears went defensive, locking down the Cyclones and using a balanced team attack to secure the victory.
Yaya Felder led four in double-figures with 15 points, while Bella Fontleroy slid over into Littlepage-Buggs’ spot to chip in 14 points, six rebounds and grabbed five steals. Jada Walker added 12 points and six assists, while Aaronette Vonleh had 11 points and six rebounds in the win.
No rest for the weary as the Bears travel to 12th-ranked Kansas State for a showdown TONIGHT in Manhattan.

🔼 House Protected. Another home weekend at Baylor Ballpark. Another series victory for the Bears.
For the second consecutive weekend, BU protected its home turf, taking two of three from visiting Gonzaga to improve their start to the 2025 season to 6-1.
After Saturday’s victory over the Bulldogs, Baylor had earned its first 6-0 start to a season since 2019.

🔼 Duck Hunting. It’s a little cold for duck hunting this time of year, but that’s how the top-ranked Baylor A&T squad spent this past weekend.
The Bears rolled up a 280+ point team score en route to their 41st consecutive victory, taking down #4 Oregon, 283.630 to 272.780.
BU won every event except Tumbling and marked the first 280+ point final score since last March.

🔼 House Protected. The 15th-ranked Baylor women’s tennis squad is making sure to protect their home turf this spring.
On Friday afternoon, the Bears continued their hot start to the 2025 season, rolling past visiting Washington State, 7-0, for their third sweep of the season and improved their home record to 5-0.
