Bott reflects on the dedication and discipline required to compete in Acrobatics & Tumbling, and what it means to be part of one of the nation’s most dominant programs.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Pretty In Pink. The 15th-ranked women’s basketball team downed Arizona State 67-64 on Saturday as the Bears improved to 21-4. Taliah Scott led Baylor with 17 points, while Jana Van Gytenbeek scored 13 with seven assists. Darianna Littlepage-Buggs grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds. The Bears will host TCU in their Go Gold game on Thursday.

🔼 Strong Start. The top-ranked Baylor acrobatics & tumbling team opened the season with a 277.415-256.590 win over No. 11 Saint Leo. Baylor led after the compulsory event and maintained their lead throughout the optional events, securing the win with a strong performance in the tumbling event.

🔼 Dramatic Finishes. Baylor softball fought through the Getterman Classic with three-straight walkoff wins! On Friday, they defeated New Mexico 8-7 and Wichita State 3-2. They went on to beat Wichita State again on Saturday, 9-8. They concluded the weekend with a 9-1 win over Northwestern State.

🔼 Back-And-Forth Battle. Baylor men’s basketball fell to No. 7 Iowa State 72-69 after a back-and-forth battle that featured eight lead changes. Cameron Carr led the game with 24 points, including five 3-pointers. Tounde Yessoufou added 17 points and six rebounds. The Bears will host No. 16 BYU tomorrow.
