🎙️ STATE OF THE PROGRAM

In this State of the Program, Vice President and Director of Athletics Doug McNamee provides an inside look at Baylor Athletics heading into the 2026–2027 football season. He shares key updates on the direction and momentum of the "Fan First Era" and reflects on both the men’s and women’s basketball teams this past season. McNamee highlights the continued success across Baylor’s spring sports, emphasizing the department’s commitment to excellence, student-athlete development, and championship culture across all programs.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 You’re An All-Star. Baylor women’s basketball’s Darianna Littlepage-Buggs was selected for the Lilly Women’s All-Star Game and Combine in Phoenix on April 3 and 4. The All-Star Combine will be streamed live on YouTube, and the All-Star Game will air on ESPN2. Littlepage-Buggs, an All-Big 12 Second Team honoree, ended her Baylor career ranked among the program’s all-time leaders in several categories.

🔼 Home, Sweet Home. Baylor softball, coming off a challenging nine-game stretch against ranked teams, begins a five-game homestand! They’ll host Incarnate Word tonight at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN+. Fans can take advantage of $2 Tuesday with $2 hot dogs, small sodas, and waters!

🔼 Tuesday Tilt. Baylor baseball is back at home after the road weekend sweep. They’ll host Tarleton State tonight at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN+. The Bears will remain at home for the rest of the week, concluding in Faith and Family Day on Saturday.

🔼 Non-Con Clash. Baylor women’s tennis hosts San Diego at the Hurd Tennis Center today at 11 a.m. Baylor’s Na Dong leads the team with a 13-match unbeaten streak. San Diego comes to Waco riding a four-match winning streak.
