🔼 They’re Heating Up. Don’t look now, but the Baylor softball squad is heating up.

The Bears pounded out 20 runs in two games to sweep a two-game series with Abilene Christian this past weekend by the scores of 11-0 and 9-4.

After those two wins, Baylor has now picked up victories in eight of its past nine games.

🔼 View From The Top. The Bears are enjoying the view from up top and don’t want to give it up any time soon.

The reigning champion Bears will face eighth-seeded Limestone on Thursday in the quarterfinals to start the campaign for their tenth-straight title. BU won its first national title as a program in 2015 at Fairmont State, defeating Oregon for the trophy with Felecia Mulkey in her first year in Waco.

🔼 Finishing Strong. No better way to wrap up the regular season than finishing strong.

That’s what the 23rd-ranked Baylor women’s tennis program did, picking up their third straight win, taking down TCU, 4-0 on Senior Day at Hurd Tennis Center.

BU will enter this week’s Big 12 Tournament having won six of their past seven matches and are the #4 seed, earning a bye to the quarterfinals on Friday.

🔼 Tourney Time. Winners of seven of their past eight, the 13th-ranked Baylor men’s tennis team is set to host the Big 12 Tournament this weekend at Hurd Tennis Center.

With a 6-2 record in league play, the Bears earned the #3 seed and will take on sixth-seeded Arizona State on Friday afternoon with a berth in the semifinals on the line.
