🔼 Hitting The Right Key. There may only be three games left in the NBA regular season, but former BU star Keyonte George is making the most of every time out on the court.

George poured in a career-high 35 points, including seven 3-pointers, to lead the Jazz to a victory over the Hawks on Sunday night.

For the season, he is averaging 16.9 points, 5.6 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game.

🔼 History = Made. The goal was simple heading into the final regular season meet of the 2025 season… make history.

The top-ranked Baylor acobatics & tumbling squad accomplished that goal not just once, but twice.

Not only did the Bears set a program record with attendance, but it also set a new national record with 2,351 fans taking in the meet.

That crowd watched BU battle past #2 Oregon, 287.795 to 283.305, while setting a new program record for the most 10s in a single meet with five.

🔼 Holding Court. Who doesn’t love a little spring cleaning?

Apparently the Baylor tennis programs don’t mind doing a little sweeping as the men’s and women’s squad kept it rolling over the weekend, going a perfect 4-0.

On the men’s side, the Bears extended their winning streak to six with a Sunday sweep of Oklahoma State, 4-1, and Prairie View A&M, 7-0, to improve to 20-8 on the spring season.

The women’s team rolled into the desert and took back-to-back matches from Arizona (4-0) and Arizona State (4-3) to move to 9-3 in league play.

🔼 Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Another new face is heading to Waco.

Late last week, Coach Collen announced the addition of North Dakota transfer Kiera Pemberton to the Baylor women’s hoops program.

The 6-foot-1 forward led the Fighting Hawks in scoring and rebounding her sophomore year in Grand Forks, averaging 16.7 points and 7.2 rebounds per game.

The two-time All-Summit League honoree played to a Second Team appearance after the 2024-25 season and was a member of the All-Freshman Team in 2023-24.

🔼 How Sweep It Is. Road wins are crucial in collegiate sports. Road conference wins are even better.

The Baylor softball squad did that and then some this weekend, sweeping their way past Houston with wins of 5-3, 14-6 and 2-1.

With the series sweep, the Bears have now won back-to-back Big 12 series and have won five of their past games.

🔼 Shining In The Sunshine State. Lacing them up at one of the most prestigious meets of the spring season, the Baylor track & field squads flexed their muscles.

The Bears rolled to four victories at the Pepsi Florida Relays, highlighted by the 4×400 relay squad of Sima Lucero, Tiriah Kelley, Calisha Taylor and Aaryona Kinchen, who captured gold and posted the seventh fastest time in the country this season.
