🎥  LAGWAY LEGACY

Lagway Legacy is a special feature on DJ Lagway that goes far beyond the helmet and shoulder pads. This Baylor+ original offers a personal window into the journey that shaped one of the most talked-about quarterbacks in college football as he begins a new chapter with the Bears.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Took The Ultimate Step. Four Baylor football players, Kelab Arterberry, Daniel Cobbs, DJ Lagway, and Stilton McKelvey, were baptized at the Fudge Family Football Development Center. The baptisms were a results of a player-led Bible study program. The Bears expressed their faith and commitment to God, emphasizing the influence of their teammates and the Christian commitment at Baylor.

🔼 Five-Star Talent. Baylor men’s basketball signed five-star point guard Dylan Mingo to the 2026 signing class! He is rated the No. 2 overall prospect in the 2026 class by Rivals. He missed most of his senior season at Long Island Lutheran High School in New York, but turned heads on the summer circuit.

🎥 Highlights

🔼 Climbing The Ladder. The Baylor women’s golf team moved up to a tie for fifth place after the second round of the NCAA Waco Regional. Yurang Li’s hole-in-one on the 16th hole helped propel the Bears, who are now two shots ahead of Tennessee and three behind Oregon for the fourth and final qualifying spot. SMU leads the tournament by eight strokes.
