Baylor Men's Basketball Head Coach Scott Drew sits down for an exclusive interview to discuss the upcoming season, the impact of the program's newest additions, and how the returning core will continue to build on last year's foundation. Coach Drew shares his excitement for the team's chemistry, development, and expectations as the Bears prepare for another exciting season.

🔼 Big Bears. Baylor has two nominees for the 2025-26 Big 12 Athlete of the Year award! Baylor soccer’s Tyler Isgrig and men’s tennis’ Devin Badenhorst are both nominated. Isgrig earned Big 12 Midfielder of the Year honors, the first in Baylor soccer history. Badenhorst was the Co-Big 12 Player of the Year and became the first Baylor singles All-American and Conference Player of the Year since 2022.

🔼 Fans First. Baylor athletic director Doug McNamee wrote to USA Today to tell why fans should be first throughout all the changes in college athletics. He argues that with recent changes, fans have been left overlooked, even though they’re asked to spend more money. At Baylor, McNamee has launched the Fan First Era, putting fans, and their wallets, first.

🔼 Called Up. Baylor soccer’s Azul Alvarez was called into the U23 Mexican Women’s National Team camp! Alvarez serves as Baylor’s goalkeeper and recorded 12 shutout wins last season.
