🔼 Let’s Hoop. The Opening Ceremonies are over, now it’s time to hoop!

That’s right, the Baylor men’s hoops team is set to make their debut at the 2025 World University Games this weekend as they represent Team USA on the global stage for the second time in four years.

Group play is set to begin for Baylor on July 19th vs. India (1 pm CDT), followed by a July 20th matchup vs. Latvia (1 pm CDT) and a July 21st showdown with Romania (10:30 am CDT).

🔼 Earned, Not Given. Monday is a day that Tyriq Kemp and Gabe Craig won’t ever forget.

It’s the day their dream became a reality as they were both selected in the 2025 MLB Draft.

One thing is for sure for both of them, that honor was earned, not given.

Clear your calendars now, you’ve got plans for Monday night in San Antonio!

Baylor Alumni’s Texas Tour makes it final stop on Monday, July 21st as the Bears roll into San Antonio for a night that will provide alumni and fans an opportunity to hear about Baylor football’s upcoming season from Coach Aranda and members of his staff.

This event will be your all-in-one destination for Baylor Football, with the Baylor Bookstore on-site for all your apparel and merchandise needs, appearances from beloved letterwinners signing autographs, and plenty of green and gold energy to go around led by the Baylor Spirit Squad.

Guests also have a chance to attend the pre-event VIP reception, offering early entry and a chance to visit with Head Coach Dave Aranda in a relaxed, small-group setting. It's the perfect way to kick off an evening full of Baylor spirit!

⏱️ COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 4️⃣2️⃣ DAYS

That’s right, we are just 4️⃣2️⃣ days away from kickoff of the 2025 season!

After seeing action in 22 games over the past three seasons as a reserved linebacker, #4️⃣2️⃣ Jeremy Evans is ready to compete for more reps this fall for the Bears.

The Tenaha, Texas native has 17 tackles over the past three seasons at Baylor, including a forced fumble during his redshirt freshman season in 2023.

Evans was a dynamic athlete in high school, even earning All-State accolades at the wide receiver position during his junior season.
