🔼 Preseason Praise. Five Bears earned Phil Steele Preseason recognition! Punter Palmer Williams has been named a Preseason Third Team All-American and First Team All-Big 12. Hosea Wheeler, Travion Barnes, and Dylan Schaub picked up Third Team All-Big 12 honors, while Kaden Sieracki was named to the Fourth Team.

🔼 Golden Guy. Rising senior Demario Prince won the 110-meter hurdles title at the Commonwealth Games in Scotland! Representing Jamaica, Prince blew the field away with a time of 13.17 seconds.

🔼 New Addition. Baylor women’s golf announced Ornella Arrizon has been named assistant coach. The Mexico City native joins the staff after serving as Tulane’s assistant coach last season.
