⏱️ COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 1️⃣5️⃣ DAYS

That’s right, we are 1️⃣5️⃣ days from kick off!

Former Baylor wide receiver Corey Coleman didn’t wear the No. 1️⃣5️⃣, but the number was significant during his time at Baylor. He became Baylor’s first Biletnikoff Award winner in 201️⃣5️⃣! After his collegiate career, Coleman was the 1️⃣5️⃣th pick of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. He compiled 3,009 receiving yards and 33 touchdowns, becoming the first player in school history to record two 1,000-yard receiving seasons.

🤝 MEET THE BEARS

Baylor football will host the 2025 version of Meet the Bears presented by Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Medical Center at the Allison Indoor Practice Facility on Saturday, Aug. 16. The event is free to the public and will begin at 1 p.m. with team autographs, photos with Head Coach Dave Aranda, inflatables, face painting, helmet display photo-op and merchandise for sale from the Baylor Bookstore.

🔼 Quarterback Talk. A group of legendary Baylor quarterbacks, including Don Trull and Bryce Petty, shared their experiences and rivalries at Monday’s Great Waco Chamber of Commerce Kickoff Luncheon. While most named Texas as their biggest rival, Petty highlighted TCU due to coaching animosity and because his Bears never lost to Texas.

🔼 Season’s Greetings. Soccer season is officially here! The Bears kick off the year on the road at Texas A&M tonight at 7:30 p.m. Fans at home can watch the match on SEC Network+.

🔼 Double Trouble. Baylor men’s tennis duo Luc Koenig and Luis Jose Nakamine won the ITA Doubles National Summer Championship! The win marks the second-straight year a Baylor duo has won the event. The duo will play next at the ITA All-American Championships.
