🤝 MEET THE BEARS

Baylor football will host the 2025 version of Meet the Bears presented by Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Medical Center at the Allison Indoor Practice Facility on Saturday, Aug. 16. The event is free to the public and will begin at 1 p.m. with team autographs, photos with Head Coach Dave Aranda, inflatables, face painting, helmet display photo-op and merchandise for sale from the Baylor Bookstore.

🔼 One Of The Greats. Baylor quarterback Sawyer Robertson has been named to the 2025 Manning Award Watch List! This is his fourth watch list selection of the preseason. He is one of seven Big 12 quarterbacks on the list, the most among all leagues.

🔼 It’s A Draw. Baylor soccer opened the 2025 season with a 1-1 draw at Texas A&M last night. Goalkeeper Azul Alvarez made four stops in the tie. Lauren Omholt scored her first goal in Green & Gold in the 80th minute to tie the match. The Bears will remain on the road next week when they play Denver on Thursday.

🔼 Meet Sheet. Baylor’s cross country team, led by coach David Barnett, will compete in a six-meet schedule for the 2025 season. The season includes two in-state meets and concludes in the NCAA Championship on November 22nd in Columbia, Missouri.
