⏱️ COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 2️⃣ DAYS

That’s right, we are 2️⃣ days from kickoff!

Baylor’s offense enters Year 2️⃣ under offensive coordinator Jake Spavital. He had a drastic impact on the Bears offensive attack last season. Baylor improved its total offense by a rank of 51 spots in the NCAA stats, from 377.8 yards per game in 2023 to 440.1 yards per game in 2024. 🔼 Big Three. Baylor Director of Sports Journalism Jerry Hill gives his three takeaways from Monday’s weekly press conference with Coach Dave Aranda.

  1. Louis Brown IV impresses in a deep wide receiver room with his size, speed, and ability to take over.

  2. The Bears have stayed relatively injury-free. Coach Aranda said he doesn’t expect safety Carl Williams IV or running back Michael Turner to be available on Friday.

  3. Coach Aranda shared a memory with ESPN’s College GameDay staple Lee Corso. Corso will make his final appearance on the show on Saturday.

🔼 Non-Con Slate. The men’s basketball non-conference schedule is here! The schedule includes seven teams that played in the 2025 NCAA Tournament. Nine non-conference games will be held at Foster Pavilion, with six games away from home. The season will open on Nov. 3 when the Bears host UTRGV. The full schedule, including conference dates and times, will be released later in the fall.
