🏈 COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 25 DAYS

Number of the Day: 25

It was a special debut season for Caden Jenkins as the freshman
earned Freshman All-American accolades.

Along with three INTs, three pass breakups and two fumble recoveries,
Jenkins tallied 25 solo tackles.

🐻 BEARS IN PARIS

Only one Bear was in action on Monday with Nathaniel Ezekiel making his Olympic debut in the 400m hurdles for Nigeria. His time of 48.38 was the fourth-fastest time in the quarterfinals and earned a spot in the semifinals.

Today is a big one for two other Baylor standouts as Avery Skinner and the Team USA volleyball squad battle Poland in the Olympic quarterfinals at 4 am CST, while Zaza Prosper Nnamdi makes his Olympic debut in the javelin.

On this week’s episode, we’re catching up with Baylor Football
wide receiver Ketron Jackson.

Last year for the Bears, the Royse City native was a pivotal part of Baylor’s downfield attack and provided plenty of big plays and exciting catches.

Now, in his senior season, Jackson is looking forward to a revamped offense, and playing a key role in this year’s on field success.

This week, Baylor Athletics unveiled a new Mini Plan option for the upcoming 2024 Football season.

The new “You Pick It” mini plan offers flexibility and allows fans to build their own mini-plan from three tiers of options to enjoy McLane Stadium this fall.

The Baylor Family can purchase the You Pick It mini plan for $225. Each plan includes the Bears' Homecoming Game on Oct. 26 against Oklahoma State and from there fans can build their plan based on their schedule for the remaining two games.

Fall camp is officially underway for the Baylor football program and to get y’all ready, Baylor+ has exclusive sitdowns with offensive coordinator and QBs coach Jake Spavital and defensive coordinator Matt Powledge.

Both coaches breaks down their expectations for the upcoming year, talks about how they want their side of the ball to operate and much, much more.

Wearing #9 for the Bears this fall is Big 12 All-Freshman team honoree, Callie Conrad.
