🐻 THREE’S COMPANY

Not one, not two, but 3️⃣ ranked opponents are on the docket for Baylor squads this weekend.

It all starts tonight when the 14th-ranked Sun Devils of Arizona State visit the Ferrell Center to take on the Baylor volleyball team.

Saturday brings the 22nd-ranked BYU Cougars to McLane, while Sunday features #22 TCU coming to Betty Lou to battle the Bears’ women’s soccer squad.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Point Taken. In a conference full of nationally-ranked programs, every point is crucial.

So when you earn a point on the road, against one of those nationally-ranked teams, it’s a big one and that’s what the Baylor soccer squad did on Thursday night, battling #16 Colorado to a 1-1 tie.

The Buffs had dominated second halves all fall long, but BU turned the tide and held Colorado scoreless in the second 45 minutes, while getting their lone goal during that period to earn the point.

🔼 Loaded Slate. It’ll be tough to find a more loaded slate than what’s on tap for the Baylor men’s hoops program.

With expectations very high once again for the Bears, Coach Drew and the staff stacked the calendar with national contenders, including the two-time defending champs, UCONN.

On this year’s schedule, Baylor will face ELEVEN teams that have made the Sweet 16 or further since 2019.

🔼 Save The Dates. It’ll be a historic 2024-25 season for the Baylor women’s basketball team.

For the first time in Big 12 history and first time in the 43-year span of women’s basketball, the Bears will start conference action before Christmas.

On Dec. 21, BU heads to Kansas for the seventh Big 12 opener on the road in the past 10 years.

It kicks off a challenging 16-game conference schedule that was announced on Thursday.
