🔺 Be Our Guest, Be Our Guest. The first time is always special.
After being held after the team championship each spring, the singles and doubles championships will play out as their own events during the fall semester for the first time in 2024. With Baylor already playing host to the team championships in May 2025, the Bears will now welcome the nation's top players to Waco twice in the 2024-25 academic year.
Between the men's and women's programs, three Bears have hoisted an NCAA singles champion trophy, with Benedikt Dorsch being Baylor's first individual tennis champion in 2004, followed by Zuzana Zemenova and Benjamin Becker sweeping the titles in 2005.
The 2024 individual championships are set for Nov. 19-24, 2024, while the team tournaments will be held May 15-24, 2025.
🔺 Can’t Miss Drip. This is something that you truly can’t miss!

🏈 COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 10 DAYS
There’s only one 🔟 synonymous with Baylor Football.
Robert Lee Griffin III.
Arguably the most transcendent student-athlete in program history, not only for his on the field play, but helping transform Baylor football forever.
The 2011 Heisman Trophy winner, he won National Player of the Year honors and helped led Baylor to its first double-digit win season in 31 years and its second-ever. He led the Bears to its first bowl win (Alamo Bowl) in 19 years and went on to be the #2 overall pick by Washington in 2012.
His name is etched all over the Baylor record book and his legacy will last forever in Waco.
Oh yeah, and he was an All-American hurdler for the Bears as well.
🤔 SIC ’EM TRIVIA
Young Guns. First impressions last a while.
For freshman Callie Conrad, that first impression is quite strong as the youngster has scored points, including her first collegiate goal, in each of Baylor’s first two games of the season.
Our question today, who was the last Baylor freshman to score points in each of the Bears first two games of a season?
Got a guess?

🎉 TRIVIA ANSWER
Answer: Taylor Moon AND Maddie Algya.
That’s right, both Moon and Algya had quite the starts to their Baylor careers back in 2018.
Moon had two goals and two assists, while Algya had two goals and an assist as the Bears got off to a 2-0 start back in 2018 with wins over Abilene Christian (2-0) and Samford (6-1).
That season ended with a 20-6 record and a run to the NCAA Quarterfinals.
Whadda say we go for it again this year?
🐻 Let’s have a great day Bears!
