On today’s show, we sit down with Associate Head Coach Tony Greene from Baylor Women’s Basketball to discuss what today will mean for the program as it's the final regular season game at the Ferrell Center.

We also recap the 2023 season so far, ask Tony about the defense and how the team is feeling entering the week ranked #10 in the nation. 

🎥 BAYLOR+: CELEBRATING FERRELL

Baylor+ is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of its first original film, "Celebrating Ferrell: 35 Years of Baylor Basketball." 

This documentary will take fans on a nostalgic journey through the venue’s most memorable moments, including the building’s first event with Ronald Reagan in 1988, the Baylor women’s basketball team’s run of dominance, sellouts and lots of confetti over the last two decades, and the rebirth of the men’s basketball program under Scott Drew.

Celebrating Ferrell will premiere at 8 p.m. CT on Tuesday, December 19 – exclusively on Baylor+.

The film includes never-before-seen footage plus original interviews with Scott Drew, Nicki Collen, Sophia Young-Malcolm, Pat Nunley, Jerry Hill, John Morris and Lori Fogleman.

🔺 Class Act. The Baylor volleyball program continues to raise their standard on the court.

That standard is also raised in the classroom as a trio of Bears were honored this week with Academic All-District accolades.

Averi Carlson, Elise McGhee and Allie Sczech were named as recipients by the College Sports Communicators. The Academic All-District Volleyball Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance in the classroom and on the court.

Waco is hosting the “Eclipse Over Texas: Live From Waco” experience on April 8, 2024.

Waco is one of the best places to view the 2024 eclipse with over four minutes of totality.

The event will have telescopes, educational activities, programs, food trucks, and so much family fun! You won’t want to miss this one!
