Go inside the locker room as Interim Head Coach Klanderman addresses the Baylor Football team following a dominant 41-9 victory over UCF. A look at the celebration, the message, and the team behind the win.

🔼 Huge Win. The football team beat UCF 41-9 on Friday. This marks the first win under interim head coach Joe Klanderman. DJ Lagway threw 16-for-25 for 319 yards and four touchdowns. Caden Knighten, Matthew Klopfenstein, Gavin Freeman and Tony Livingston (2) each scored touchdowns. Freeman had 114 receiving yards.

🔼 Watch List. Women’s basketball player Kate Koval was named to the Lisa Leslie Center of the Year Award Preseason Watch List. Koval is a transfer from LSU. At LSU last season, she appeared in 35 games with 17 starts and averaged 8.3 points and 6.3 rebounds. In February, the watch list of 20 players for the 2027 Lisa Leslie Award will be narrowed to 10, then to five in March. In late March, the five finalists will be presented to Leslie and the Hall of Fame's selection committee, which will select the winner.

On this episode of the Sic 'Em Podcast, Baylor cross country runner Mackenize Browne joins us to talk about her journey as a Bear, the challenges of competing at the collegiate level, and what it means to represent Baylor.

Last Run. The cross country team competed in the Big 12 Championship. The women finished in 16th and the men finished in 13th.
