🎥 BAYLOR+: WIRED

This year’s Baylor volleyball team doesn’t have a single senior on its roster.

They are loaded with talent and a TON of fun to be around.

Baylor+ brings you right inside that fun and energy with sophomore Allie Sczech who was wired up for the Bears’ recent takedown of Ohio State.

Watch as her and her teammates talk Travis Kelce, questionable quiz grades, dad jokes, and so much more.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Back To Work. For the first time in over six months, Bears fans were able to sit in the Ferrell Center and watch some Green and Gold hoops.

It may have only been practice, but we’ll take it for now.

Fans were able to catch the first official workout for the BU women’s hoops team with the men’s team officially getting underway later this week.

🔺 Yard Work. Last week, we highlighted the fact two Baylor alums who both have 20+ HRs in the big leagues with Shea Langeliers and Max Muncy.

The yard work hasn’t been limited to the MLB level for BU alums as Davis Wendzel is having a career year in his fourth pro season, launching 30 HRs for the Round Rock Express, the Triple-A affiliate for the Texas Rangers.

Prior to this year, Wendzel’s career high in HR and RBIs were 17 and 52. This year, the 2019 draft pick has hit 30 HRs and driven in 74 RBIs.

🔺 Off To Orlando. It’s been a busy few weeks at McLane.

Now, it’s time for the Baylor football team to take their show on the road to face off against brand new Big 12 member, UCF, on Saturday at 2:30 pm on FS1.

It will be the first trip to the Sunshine State since 2015 for the Bears.

🔺 Back On The Course. Facing off against the best teams in the country, BU’s women’s golf team finished strong with four of the top-five Bears posted their best rounds in the final round of the weekend.

Ashleen Kaur wrapped up her tournament with at 2-under 214, which tied for 23rd .

Junior Sera Hasegawa claimed the top spot for BU in the third round, finishing with a 1-under 71.

It may be September, but the Boys of Summer are grinding away.  

Baylor’s baseball team is back on the field for their fall season and preparing for fall exhibition games and building up for next spring on the Brazos.
