🔺 That Was Fun, Let’s Do It Again. With the eyes of the entire country on Waco, the BU men’s squad put on a show with a thrilling Saturday at Foster.

A huge second half sparked the 15th-ranked Bears to a HUGE win over #7 Kansas, 82-74, in front of a national TV audience.

Backcourt mates Jayden Nunn and RayJ Dennis combined for 25 of Baylor's 47 second-half points, going a combined 9-for-9 from the floor and 5-for-7 from the line.

Dennis had his third double-double of the year and fifth of his career with a team-high 19 points and 10 assists, while Nunn had 18 points and five boards.

Best part? The squad gets to go right back to work TONIGHT as they host the Longhorns on Senior Night at Foster Pavilion. Be there early. Be loud and let’s get a W.

🔺 Out With a BANG. One thing is for certain, Aijha Blackwell wants to make sure she’s not done with BU for a while.

Blackwell and her fellow seniors were honored prior to Sunday’s home finale against Oklahoma State, and then they showed their appreciation right back, leading the Bears to a fifth straight victory, drubbing the Cowgirls, 67-45.

Both Blackwell and classmate Dree Edwards registered double-doubles in their final regular season home game at BU.

Blackwell had a season-high 20 points to go with 18 rebounds, while Edwards finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds and hit two second-half 3-pointers.

Winning their fifth game in a row, the Bears improved to 23-6 overall and tied for fourth in the Big 12 at 12-6, nailing down the No. 5 seed for the Big 12 Tournament that starts Thursday in Kansas City.

🔺 Bearin’ Down. Make It 10.

That’s right, the Baylor softball team is rollin’, extending its current win streak to 10 with a three-game sweep of the visiting Bears of Morgan State. BU’s hurlers were fantastic, allowing just two runs all weekend in three wins of 2-0, 4-1 and 3-1.

Kaci West closed out all three games, tossing 4.2 innings on the weekend, not allowing a single run or hit, while striking out six and picking up three saves.

🔺 Smilin’ and Sweepin’. No place like home!

The Baylor baseball boys were happy to be at home this weekend and it showed with a potent offensive display that put up 31 runs in a three-game sweep of Oral Roberts, bringing home victories of 11-2, 9-3 and 11-7.

BU’s offense pounded out 42 hits on the weekend, led by Hunter Teplanszky, who had six hits, five RBIs and four runs in the three games.

🔺 Hold Up, Wait A Minute, Y’all Thought We Were Finished. Nope, we’ve got another W for the Bears to talk about!

The top-ranked Acrobatics & Tumbling squad kicked off a road swing through the Big Apple on Sunday with a 272.880-253.460 victory over #15 Iona.

The win extends BU’s winning streak to 31 meets, dating back to almost three years ago.
