Once again, the Baylor men’s and women’s teams are headed to the Big Dance with action kicking off this Friday for both squads.

BU fans, you’ll get a full Friday of action with the men’s team tipping off at 11:40 am for a nice brunch, followed later for an evening tip for the women’s squad who hit the floor in Blacksburg at 5 pm CST.

This weekend, the Baylor Track & Field squad will enjoy the comforts of home for the first of three times this spring, including hosting the Big 12 conference meet.

BU will be one of 13 schools participating in the 2024 Clyde Hart Classic this weekend in Waco.

🔺 Ridin’ High. Nothing like leaving it all out there.

Senior Madison Mitchell of the Baylor equestrian program is doing just that as she claimed NCEA Flat Rider of the Month, announced earlier this week.

Mitchell picked up honors in Flat after leading the Bears to a 3-2 event win over No. 1 TCU. The senior out of Clarkston, Mich. posted a meet-high 94 on her way to a Most Outstanding Performer (MOP) nod. Mitchell's 94-ride aboard Teddy marks her third 90+ Flat score of the season.
 
This is Mitchell's first-career NCEA monthly accolade and second monthly award.

Insight From Jada and Jayden

On today’s show we visit with Jayden Nunn and Jada Walker from Baylor Basketball as both teams get set to begin the NCAA Tournament today.

We will also hear from Coach Scott Drew and Coach Nicki Collen as the Bears look to have a successful March Madness.

Long ago, Kool & The Gang taught us to Celebrate Good Times and on Nov. 2nd, Baylor will do exactly that.

A pair of 11-2 and Big 12 Conference Championship teams will be celebrated during the upcoming 2024 Baylor Football season, as the Bears plan to recognize student-athletes from the 2013 and 2014 teams. 

On Nov. 2 when Baylor plays TCU at McLane Stadium, the program will commemorate the 2013 and 2014 Big 12 Conference Championship teams.

Overall, the Bears have reached the Sweet 16 in 14 of their 22 NCAA Tournaments. BU holds a 55-18 all-time record in the NCAA Tournament, including three national championships and four Final Four appearances.
