đŸŽ„ BAYLOR+: MY TIME

This time of year is all about giving to others and spreading the holiday cheer.

Baylor+ went along with BU softball recently to spend a morning at Crestview Elementary.

You don’t want to miss Dariana Orme and her teammates spreading plenty of that cheer to local kids.

🎙 INSIDE BAYLOR SPORTS

Dec. 6th Edition:
400 Wins in the Ferrell Center & a 9-0 Start for Baylor Men's Basketball

On today’s show, Justin Hoff and Obim Okeke recap last night’s 78-60 win for Baylor Men’s Basketball over Seton Hall, as they improve to 9-0 on the season.

They also look back on some of their favorite Ferrell Center memories, and break down Baylor's improving defense.

📈 STOCK UP

đŸ”ș Nine is Fine. We’re running out of adjectives to describe this year’s Baylor men’s basketball team.

Playing a perennial NCAA Tournament team provided a perfect test for the Green & Gold and for the ninth time this year, the Bears passed with a 78-60 win over visiting Seton Hall in the Big 12/Big EAST Challenge.

It was BU’s fourth win over a Power 6 conference team and the 400th all-time at the Ferrell Center.

RayJ Dennis led four Bears in double-figures with a 17 point, seven assist and five rebound performance.

đŸ”ș Class Act. For the past 13 years, there’s been a no bigger pillar of stablity and foundation for the Houston Texans than Baylor’s own Jon Weeks.

This week, Weeks earned one of the highest recognitions any NFL player can receive as he was named the Texans’ Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee.

Since joining the Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2010, Weeks has handled every extra point, field goal and punt snap, becoming the longest-tenured player in club history, playing in a franchise record 222 consecutive games.

Throughout his NFL career, Weeks has demonstrated his continued commitment to the community by serving as a sponsor in the Houston Texans Community Huddle Ticket Program, as well as annually visiting Texas Children's to bring Thanksgiving dinner to patients in the hospital's Heart Center with his teammates.
