📈 STOCK UP
🔺 They Grow Up So Fast. Another season. Another year full of former Bears taking over NBA Highlights.
As the NBA season heads into the final weeks of the regular season, some of our favorite BU stars of the past are still shining bright with their NBA teams.
9️⃣ different former BU stars have played in an NBA game this season with five of them playing in 50 or more games this year.
🔺 Diamond Double. Come on now. There’s simply no better place to be in this weather than enjoying some action on the diamond.
And don’t worry, the Bears have got not one, but ✌️ opportunities for you!
First up, the 14th-ranked softball squad hits the field at 4 pm doubleheader with Lamar, followed by a 6:30 pm showdown at Baylor Ballpark as BU hosts Stephen F. Austin.
Check out of work a little early and enjoy a diamond double!
🔺 No Slowing Down. Even after hoisting the World Series trophy in his rookie season, former Baylor star Cody Bradford isn’t slowing down any time soon.
The southpaw is having a great spring for the reigning World Champions.
He’s pitched in four games for the Rangers, making three starts, tossing 11 innings and has piled up a 2.45 ERA with nine strikeouts.
With Opening Day just a few weeks away, Bradford and his teammates are ready to defend their title.
🎙 SIC ‘EM POD: SHAYLON GOVAN
Ever since she started playing softball at 8 years old, Shaylon Govan has always been an underdog.
After major success at her previous school, Govan came to play for Coach Moore at Baylor, and the experience has changed her life.
Now, with a roster full of returners, and a hot start to the season, Shaylon and her team have their goals set high.
This is one that no Baylor fan will want to miss.
We’ve got an exclusive inside look at the ongoings of Baylor Athletics
from the man himself, Director of Athletics, Mack Rhoades, as he
sits down with Sic ‘Em 365’s Colt Barber.
The pair goes in depth to catch up on facility updates, NIL,
Baylor football & basketball, conference realignment, and so much more.
