But on Monday night, it might have been playing in the BU menā€™s locker room in Fort Worth after a HUGE road win for the Bears.

Baylor freshman Jaā€™Kobe Walter has been destined for basketball greatness since the day he was named.

After getting an offer from Coach Drew and Baylor his sophomore year of high school, Jaā€™Kobe has been locked in on being a Bear ever since.

Now as he progresses through his first year in college, Jaā€™Kobe has his sights set on cutting down some nets.

On today's episode Justin Hoff and Obim Okeke are breaking down Baylor men's basketball's road win over TCU after a big second half from Ja'Kobe Walter.

šŸ”ŗ Purple People Eaters. The young guns are growing up before our eyes.

After veteran Jalen Bridges took care of the first half for the 15th-ranked BU menā€™s team, it was the freshmen duo of Jaā€™Kobe Walter and Yves Missi that brought it home as the Bears grinded out a 62-54 win at TCU on Monday night in primetime action.

Walter scored 13 of his 16 points in the second half, while his classmate Missi added 16 points and five rebounds on the night. Bridges scored 12 of his 15 points in the first half.

RayJ Dennis showed his all-around versatility as the senior guard finished with nine points, nine rebounds and nine assists in the victory.

šŸ”ŗ Crazy Eights. The temperature isnā€™t the only thing heating up.

The 17th-ranked BU menā€™s tennis team continued is surge through the 2024 spring season with a Sunday sweep at Hurd Tennis Center, taking down #60 SMU, 4-2 and rolling past UTRGV, 6-1.

With the two wins, the Bears have now won eight straight matches and sit at 12-1 on the year. They are a perfect 8-0 at home this spring.

šŸ”ŗ Movinā€™ On Up. Seven straight wins, five against top-25 opponentsā€¦ thatā€™s going to turn some heads.

Thatā€™s what the BU softball put together last week and now sit at 8-3 on the season and shooting up the national polls.

D1Softball has the Bears sitting at #10 nationally while Softball America has BU sitting at #12.

The Green & Gold are back in action in Waco this weekend when Morgan State comes to town for a three-game set.

From the time she was 8 years old, to her final season of college basketball, she has carried her familyā€™s legacy and Saturday was no different.

From the time she first stepped on a basketball court, she has dominated the glass. Now in her senior season, she is looking forward to playing in her first NCAA Tournament and achieving more than she ever has.
