🎙 SIC ‘EM POD: ROSIE BELSHAM

On today’s episode, we’re joined by Baylor
women’s golf senior Rosie Belsham

A native of Whitley Bay, England, Rosie grew up playing
field hockey and golf, but ultimately stuck with the latter
after winning tournaments and rising up the youth ranks overseas.

Rosie has found a home away from home here in Waco,
and has turned her time at Baylor into multiple All-Big 12
team selections, and has quickly become one of the
best athletes in Baylor women’s golf history.

🔺 Nine Is Fine. Uh oh, someone let the Bears get hot.

The Baylor softball team closed out the 2024 regular season in style with a sweep of Houston to extend their win streak to nine heading into the upcoming Big 12 Conference Tournament.

BU defeated the Cougars the scores of 6-0, 7-1, 6-0 to give the Bears 10 shutouts on the season.

The Green & Gold finished the Big 12 slate by sweeping its final three series against UCF, at BYU and the Houston series this past weekend.

BU will be the fourth seed in this week’s Big 12 Tournament in Oklahoma City.

🔺 Havin’ A Blast. Some former Bears truly had a blast this weekend, led by our guy in LA.

Newly enshrined Baylor Athletics Hall of Famer Max Muncy launched his way to three HRs on Saturday to help pace the Dodgers to a sweep of perennial National League power, Atlanta.

In just 31 games, Muncy already has eight HRs and 22 RBIs on the year.

His California counterpart, Shea Langeliers also had quite a Saturday night with three hits, including a HR of his own to help his A’s squad to a series win over the Miami Marlins.

🔺 Tee Time. Now, it’s go time.

After another strong spring on the course, the Baylor women’s golf program begins its hunt for yet another NCAA Championships showing when they tee off at the NCAA Regionals this morning in Chapel Hill, N.C.

🎥 BAYLOR+: WELCOME ABOARD

It was a big week for the BU hoop squads as both programs added big additions from the transfer portal.

Baylor+ caught up with both Jeremy Roach and Aaronette Vonleh to talk about their excitement in coming to Waco and why they chose BU.

🎉 CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES

Long ago, Kool & The Gang taught us to Celebrate Good Times and on Nov. 2nd, Baylor will do exactly that.

A pair of 11-2 and Big 12 Conference Championship teams will be celebrated during the upcoming 2024 Baylor Football season, as the Bears plan to recognize student-athletes from the 2013 and 2014 teams.

On Nov. 2 when Baylor plays TCU at McLane Stadium, the program will commemorate the 2013 and 2014 Big 12 Conference Championship teams.
