It was a big week for the BU hoop squads as both programs added big additions from the transfer portal.

Baylor+ caught up with both Jeremy Roach and Aaronette Vonleh to talk about their excitement in coming to Waco and why they chose BU.

On today’s show we look ahead to a critical weekend in
Baylor Athletics as baseball and softball are in action.

Plus, Baylor men’s golf got selected into the NCAA Regional,
making it's 25th postseason appearance in the last 26 seasons.

🔺 Showtime! The preparation has been completed. Now, it’s showtime.

Both BU tennis squads enter the first round of the NCAA Tournament ranked in the top-40 nationally and now it’s time for the Bears to show out.

Action kicks off first for the men’s squad (#40 nationally), who take on San Diego at the College Station regional. First serve is set for 10 am this morning.

Just two hours later, the 35th-ranked women’s squad hit the courts at the Stanford regional, taking on #31 LSU in the first round.

🔺 Protect The House. Ladies and gents, it’s crunch time.

With the end of the regular season on the horizon, our diamond squads have a big home weekend on tap.

The Baylor softball squad, who currently sit tied for fourth in the Big 12, host the Cougars of Houston in a critical series in Waco this weekend.

Across the way at Baylor Ballpark, the Bears have three Big 12 series left, including this weekend when TCU comes to town. The two programs are battling for position in the Big 12 standings, with BU holding a slight lead over the Horned Frogs.

First pitch for both series is set for 6:30 pm tonight.

Baylor+’s Faith Lynch sat down with Franzten earlier this year to talk about his journey and this year’s squad.

🎉 CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES

Long ago, Kool & The Gang taught us to Celebrate Good Times and on Nov. 2nd, Baylor will do exactly that.

A pair of 11-2 and Big 12 Conference Championship teams will be celebrated during the upcoming 2024 Baylor Football season, as the Bears plan to recognize student-athletes from the 2013 and 2014 teams. 

On Nov. 2 when Baylor plays TCU at McLane Stadium, the program will commemorate the 2013 and 2014 Big 12 Conference Championship teams.
