📈 STOCK UP

🔺  The Big 5-0! Only one way to turn the big 5-0… in dominating fashion!

That’s what the Baylor men’s golf squad did this past weekend, going wire to wire for the victory at the Aggie Invitational in College Station.

The win by the Bears marks the 50th team title under head coach Mike McGraw. BU has won at least one tournament in nine of his 10 seasons in Waco.

A trio of Bears finished in the top 10, led by Zach Heffernan's tie for fourth, while Davis Ovard and Tyler Isenhart finished tied for ninth.

🔺  Green Means Go. A little red wasn’t slowing down the Green & Gold this weekend.

The 21st-ranked Baylor softball squad picked up a big time Big 12 series victory this weekend, taking the final two games over Texas Tech to take 2-of-3 from the Red Raiders.

After dropping a tough 4-3 decision in game one, the Bears bounced back for a hard-fought 2-1 win in game two and a dominant 11-3 series-clinching victory on Sunday.

Offensively, Sydney Collazos had a strong weekend, finishing 5-for-9 with three RBIs and two runs scored for BU.

🔺 The Flying V(ictory). For the second time this season, the top-ranked BU Acrobatics & Tumbling squad went duck hunting.

This time, it was in Eugene.

The Bears rolled to their 35th straight victory, this time, toppling the Ducks 274.915 to 266.595 to wrap up the regular season slate at a perfect 8-0.

BU’s current win streak dates be back to March 27, 2021.

🔺 Picking Up Steam. If you hear that sound, it might just be a train picking up some steam.

That train is the Baylor baseball squad who has now won five of its past six outings, including a series victory over Incarnate Word this weekend.

Offensively, the Bears pounded out 37 hits in the three games led by junior Hunter Teplanszky, who finished the three-game set 6-for-9 with five RBIs and three runs scored.

🎉 CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES

Long ago, Kool & The Gang taught us to Celebrate Good Times and on Nov. 2nd, Baylor will do exactly that.

A pair of 11-2 and Big 12 Conference Championship teams will be celebrated during the upcoming 2024 Baylor Football season, as the Bears plan to recognize student-athletes from the 2013 and 2014 teams.

On Nov. 2 when Baylor plays TCU at McLane Stadium, the program will commemorate the 2013 and 2014 Big 12 Conference Championship teams.
