📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Bearin’ Down. Now that’s what we call a team effort.

Seven different Baylor hitters tallied a hit, while six different hurlers combined to strike out 12 hitters as the Bears handled in-state rival, Sam Houston State, 9-3 on Tuesday night in Waco.

Offensively, Wesley Jordan and Ty Johnson led the way with two hits apiece, including three extra-base hits and the duo combined to score six runs on the night.

Jordan extended his on-base streak to 30 games, while Johnson became the first Baylor player in two seasons to swipe three bags, including a steal of home in the first inning that got the Bears on the board.

🔺 The Hunt Continues. Today’s the day. The final day of the hunt.

The Baylor men’s golf squad remained in the hunt at the Big 12 Championships, sitting in sixth place entering the today’s final round.

Davis Ovard carded his second-straight round at par or better with a 2-under 70, adding to his 54-hole total of 1-under 215. Ovard is the first freshman since Ryan O'Rear in 2010 to shoot multiple rounds at par or better in a Big 12 Championship debut.

The freshman is a shot back of Johnny Keefer in the individual standings as the senior sits in a tie for ninth with 18 holes to play. Keefer is six shots behind the individual leader, Cincinnati's Ty Gingerich.

🎥 BAYLOR+: CADEN JENKINS

Caden Jenkins, the freshman All-American defensive back
is coming off an incredible rookie campaign for Coach Aranda
and Baylor, and his here to stay for his sophomore year.

Sit down with him and John Morris as they reflect
on last season, talk spring football, and so much more.

🎙 SIC ’EM POD: FELICIA MULKEY

On this week’s episode we’re joined by Baylor Acrobatics & Tumbling’s Head Coach Felecia Mulkey.

A transcendent leader on the forefront of the growing sport of A&T, Coach Mulkey has won all 12 of the National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association championships offered, and has only lost 4 matches in 13 seasons.

Now, after another undefeated regular season for her team, her and the Bears are looking to capture Baylor’s 9th straight title.

🎉 CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES

Long ago, Kool & The Gang taught us to Celebrate Good Times and on Nov. 2nd, Baylor will do exactly that.

A pair of 11-2 and Big 12 Conference Championship teams will be celebrated during the upcoming 2024 Baylor Football season, as the Bears plan to recognize student-athletes from the 2013 and 2014 teams.

On Nov. 2 when Baylor plays TCU at McLane Stadium, the program will commemorate the 2013 and 2014 Big 12 Conference Championship teams.
