This time of year, it’s the veterans that step up and provide the leadership and that’s exactly what the Baylor softball squad got in a HUGE weekend in Waco.

🔺 Night, Night. That’s exactly what the arms of the Baylor softball team said to the UCF hitters over the weekend in Waco.
What a weekend in the circle for Bears as Aliyah Binford and RyLee Crandall allowed just one earned run all weekend long in a HUGE sweep of the Golden Knights.
Baylor won games with the scores of 2-1, 1-0 and 1-0 over the weekend with Binford and Crandall allowing just 12 hits, while striking out 17 UCF hitters in the three games.

Although the event was cut short due to weather, the Bears flexed their muscles at the annual Michael Johnson Invitational this past weekend in Waco.
The 25th-ranked Baylor women piled up six wins at the event, while De'montray Callis and Demar Francis took home titles in the 100 and 400 meters, respectively, for the 20th -ranked Baylor men.
🔺 Connect Four. For a seventh straight season, the Baylor women’s golf team posted a top-five finish at the Big 12 Championships this past weekend.
Leading the way for the Bears was Sera Hasegawa, who earned All-Tournament Team accolades with an eighth-place finish at the event.
Rosie Belsham and Silje Ohma both finished tied for 12th, giving BU three golfers in the top-15, which was tied for the most in the field.
🎙 SIC ’EM POD: FELICIA MULKEY
On this week’s episode we’re joined by Baylor Acrobatics & Tumbling’s Head Coach Felecia Mulkey.
A transcendent leader on the forefront of the growing sport of A&T, Coach Mulkey has won all 12 of the National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association championships offered, and has only lost 4 matches in 13 seasons.
Now, after another undefeated regular season for her team, her and the Bears are looking to capture Baylor’s 9th straight title.

🎉 CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES
Long ago, Kool & The Gang taught us to Celebrate Good Times and on Nov. 2nd, Baylor will do exactly that.
A pair of 11-2 and Big 12 Conference Championship teams will be celebrated during the upcoming 2024 Baylor Football season, as the Bears plan to recognize student-athletes from the 2013 and 2014 teams.
On Nov. 2 when Baylor plays TCU at McLane Stadium, the program will commemorate the 2013 and 2014 Big 12 Conference Championship teams.
