🔺 Welcome Home Old Friend. “I’m home!”

It was the first words Brittney Griner said as she stepped back into Waco this weekend and man, oh man, what a weekend it was for the Baylor Fam.

The reunions, the celebrations, the smiles, the memories.

Relive it all!

🔺 Country Roads. For Ja’Kobe Walter and Jayden Nunn, these country roads are quite nice.

The sharp-shooting duo combined for 43 points to lead six different Baylor players in double-figures as the 12th-ranked Bears steamrolled past West Virginia, 94-81, in Morgantown on Saturday.

BU knocked down 12 3-pointers as a team and shot nearly 54-percent from the field in the offensive display against the Mountaineers.

🔺 Only One Way To Celebrate 42. How do you honor the best defensive player in college basketball history?

Of course you put up your best defensive performance in program history.

The 21st-ranked Bears forced 29 turnovers en route to a decisive 61-32 over Texas Tech in front of a packed Foster Pavilion on Sunday afternoon.

Sarah Andrews (11 pts) and Darianna Littlepage-Buggs (10 pts, six rebounds) led a balanced offensive attack, but it was really all about the defense, in which the Bears forced 17 first half turnovers and limited the Red Raiders to 27.6-precent from the field in the first 20 mins.

🔺 Bayou Bears. The jumbalaya must have tasted even better.

Ok, we’re not sure if the 22st-ranked BU softball team had jumbalaya, but they might after this weekend as the Bears picked up three wins on a trip through Louisiana, including a win at McNeese State and a top-25 series win, taking two of three from 23rd-ranked Ragin’ Cajuns of Louisiana.

🎙 BAYLOR+: FACE-TO-FACE

It’s tough to find someone who sets the standard more than Coach Felecia Mulkey.

She’s not only a national champion head coach, but she’s one of the premier voices in the surge of Acrobactics & Tumbling on the national scale.
