Baylor+ wanted in on some of the fun!

On Monday, Jan. 8, Baylor fans will be introduced to the Sic ’Em Podcast, a weekly story-telling podcast that will bring in-depth interviews with current and former student-athletes and coaches, bringing you closer than ever to the biggest names in Baylor athletics. The Sic ‘Em Podcast will be available wherever you get your podcasts, and a premium video version will be available on BaylorPlus.com.

The debut episode features a long-form conversation with Baylor women’s basketball Head Coach Nicki Collen, who has her team off to an incredible start and a top-10 national ranking.  

Hosted by John Morris, the voice of the Baylor Bears, the Sic ‘Em Podcast is produced in partnership with Sport & Story, the content team behind Baylor+.

Who doesn’t remember those Friday nights, piled on to the couch to watch Family Matters or Step-By-Step or Boy Meets World?

Well, tonight, you can have a brief flashback and do the same with the first episode of The Follow for 2024!

The best part? We’ve got so much from this week, that it’s a two-parter!

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Back At It. This week was magical, no doubt about it. The pageantry is over, now the Bears are ready to keep working.

BU’s hoops squad return right back to action tomorrow afternoon with Big 12 matchups for both teams on the docket.

Just block off the 2-4 pm hours for Saturday with the women hosting Houston and the men on the road at Oklahoma State, both games tipping off at 2 pm.

So charge the phone, head on down to Foster and cheer on the women, while being tuned in to the men!

🔺 Waco Welcome. Another new face has joined the family.

On Thursday night, Coach Aranda announced the addition of Jarrett Anderson to the Baylor football coaching staff.

Anderson, who will lead the tight ends unit, joins the Green & Gold with nearly three decades of coaching experience, including the past 26 within the state of Texas.

That’s all that separates the Baylor track & field squad from the start of the 2024 season as the indoor portion of the year kicks off next Saturday at Texas A&M.
